  • All MY SUPPLY GUY clipper/trimmer repairs are either in-store drop offs or mail-in repairs. If you're in need of local in-house repair, please give us a call (additional fees may apply):

    When mailing in your repair, please send ALL devices wrapped in bubble wrap and postal box to secure and protect during shipping.


    For repairs under warranty, please provide a copy of your dated proof of purchase (receipt) either in the postal box, or upload your proof of purchase (receipt) to this form (At the bottom of the page).

    *We recommend insuring your package and sending through a trackable service (USPS, UPS, etc.) in the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping.*

  • ALL REPAIRS REQUIRE A $15 (NON-REFUNDABLE) DIAGNOSTICS DEPOSIT FOR EACH MACHINE (REPAIR). THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE FINAL COST OF REPAIRS, IF THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO PROCEED WITH THE SERVICE(S).

    A $15 RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS DUE FOR ALL MAIL-IN REPAIRS.
