EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Participation: Registrants must provide accurate information about their vehicle. Journeyman reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any vehicle or participant that does not comply with event standards or safety regulations.
Liability: Participants agree to release the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for personal injury, damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the event.
Compliance: All participants must comply with local laws, venue policies, and event instructions from staff personnel.
Assigned Parking: Registered vehicles will be assigned priority display parking spots on Journeyman's South Lot. Participants must park only in their designated areas provided by staff or will be directed to find legal / compliant public parking.
Arrival & Departure: Participants should arrive during the designated check-in window (4:30-5:30pm). Early arrival or late departure must be coordinated with event staff.
Vehicle Movement: Once parked, vehicles should remain stationary unless directed by event staff. Drive safely within the venue at all times; speed limits and traffic directions must be observed.
No Unauthorized Vehicles: Only the registered vehicles are allowed in the display area. Non-registered vehicles must use general public parking areas.
Respect & Courtesy: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and attendees. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions will not be tolerated.
Noise Levels: Excessive engine revving, loud music, or other disruptive noise is prohibited during display hours.
Alcohol & Substances: Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas as specified by the event organizers and Journeyman. Participants must drink responsibly and comply with all local laws and venue policies.
Cleanliness: Participants must keep their display area clean and dispose of any trash appropriately.
