📄 G.A.D. School Admission Terms & Conditions (2025–2026)
1. Admission Policy
All new admissions are subject to approval by G.A.D. School. A 3-month probationary period applies to all newly enrolled students, including Kindergarten. During this time, the school may reassess enrollment based on the student's academic performance, behavior, or other factors. Failure to meet expectations may result in withdrawal.
2. Required Documentation
Parents/guardians must provide the following supporting documents at the time of registration:
Student’s Birth Certificate
BC Care Card
Proof of Parent’s Status (Canadian Citizenship or PR Card)
Proof of Residence (Driver’s License or Utility Bill)
Immunization Record (for Kindergarten students)
Any educational or psychological assessments, if applicable
Failure to disclose or submit required documents may delay or cancel the admission process.
3. Inclusion & Learning Support Policy
G.A.D. School is committed to inclusive education. Parents must fully disclose any academic, behavioral, or emotional learning needs. The school offers:

Enrichment opportunities for students with advanced potential
The school reserves the right to withdraw enrollment if support requirements cannot be met or if information is withheld during registration.
4. Tuition & Fees
Tuition (Grades K–7): $300/month
Tuition (Grades 8–9): $375/month
Registration Fee (New Students): $350 (non-refundable)
Re-Registration Fee:
• 1st child: $200
• 2nd child: $175
• 3rd child: $150
Resource & Technology Fee:
• Grades K–7: $170/year
• Grades 8–9: $195/year
Additional Fees:
• AR Program (Grades 3–7): $60/year
• Science Fee (Grades 8–9): $50
• Bus Service: $175/month (Discounts for siblings apply)
Credit card payments will incur a $2 processing fee per transaction
All fees are non-refundable and considered an annual obligation, even if the student withdraws mid-year.
5. Payment Policy
Tuition is due by the 10th of each month
A $25 late fee will apply to overdue accounts
Late fees will continue monthly until the balance is paid
Returned cheques are subject to a $25 NSF fee
A 5% discount applies to families who pay tuition in full by the deadline
6. Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be submitted using the school’s Withdrawal Form. Verbal notification will not be accepted. All fees (registration, tuition, and annual charges) remain non-refundable.
7. Bus Service Policy
Bus fees apply monthly regardless of the number of school days
One month’s written notice is required to start or stop bus service
Parents must agree to and review the Bus Conduct & Discipline Policy
8. Medical & Emergency Information
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, and medications.
Emergency contact information must be kept current.
Any changes must be communicated to the school in writing.
9. Privacy & Consent
By submitting this form, you authorize G.A.D. School to collect, use, and store personal and medical information for:
Enrollment and academic planning
Emergency response and communication
Legal and educational reporting requirements
You also consent to the use of your child’s photographs and schoolwork in newsletters, yearbooks, social media, and promotional materials, unless notified otherwise in writing.
10. Parent Acknowledgment
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that:
I have carefully reviewed and understood all terms and conditions provided.
The information I have submitted is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I accept and agree to the financial obligations and educational responsibilities as outlined above.
