Do you follow the Vanderbilt Lectionary? If not, is there a certain other theme for that Sunday that I need to follow for the Prelude, Offertory and Postlude? Is there an instrumental Postlude or sung “Song of Going Out”?

To whom and by when do I need to send the music info for the Prelude, Offertory and Postlude for the Order of Service? I will need their contact information as well.

Are hymns announced before singing and is the congregation accustomed to atraditional introduction or the entire piece as the introduction? If there isan “Amen”, is it sung or left out?

I think that will get SOS started - the subbing experience for the congregation should be seamless - so the more we know - the better.
