    • Assist with vendor onboarding and support—help new marketplace sellers get set up and answer their questions.
    • Maintain the marketplace’s vendor database and contact info, keeping it organized and up-to-date.
    • Coordinate shipping logistics and track deliveries to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and vendor activity for management review.
    • Support marketing efforts by scheduling promotions, managing discount codes, or updating banners as directed.
    • Troubleshoot basic backend website or marketplace issues and escalate tech problems as needed.
    • Keep digital files, documents, and workflow systems organized for easy access and efficiency.
    • Pitch in on miscellaneous admin tasks that help the store and marketplace flow effortlessly.

While your heart beats strongest for the marketplace, you’ll also know your way around WordPress and WooCommerce like a pro, stepping in to help with order processing or website tweaks whenever the need arises. Think of yourself as the calm behind the creative storm—keeping orders flowing, the site humming, and the tribe thriving.
