Celebrate the season with a fun, festive day of Family, Folks, and Fun — featuring sweet treats, spooky games, and a vibrant vendor marketplace!

Trunk-or-Treat stations full of candy
Face painting & games for all ages
Creative costumes & family photo ops
Small business vendors & local networking
Fun, food, and fall energy!
Important Vendors Information
🛍️ VENDORS NEEDED!
Calling all creators, crafters, and community brands — we want YOU!
Vendor Fee: $40
Setup Begins: 11:00 AM (1 hour before event)
Tear Down Ends: 5:00 PM (1 hour after event)
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and tear down
Tables and chairs NOT provided — please bring your own
Outdoor event — tents encouraged (weather-permitting)
Decorate your trunk or booth in a festive, family-friendly style
Restrooms will be available onsite

Vendor payment secures your spot
Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the event
Spaces are limited — claim your spot and showcase your brand to families, neighbors, and potential customers in the Loveland area!
