📝 Before You Apply

• Read Carefully: Please take a moment to read the entire form, including the notes beneath the text boxes. Your request is much more likely to be accepted if all instructions are followed correctly!
• Style Match: Upon submission, your form will be reviewed to ensure the project is a good fit for my current style and interests.
• Keep it Concise: To ensure efficiency, forms submitted as long paragraphs or containing unnecessary details will be declined.
• Timing: Due to real-life commitments and other active works, I may not start your project immediately. Please expect a completion timeframe of 1 to 8 weeks.

🎨 The Creative Process

• Progress Previews: I provide one or two progress previews during the initial sketch phase of the commission.

• Complimentary Changes: You are entitled to a total of three complimentary changes for your commission.

• Design Consistency: If we have already agreed on a character design, please refrain from sending updated versions with more details later in the process.

• Finality: Once the project moves past the approved sketch phase, no further modifications can be made.

💰 Payment & Refunds

• Wait for Approval: Please refrain from sending any payment until your project idea has been formally approved.

• Upfront Payment: Payment is required in full and upfront once the project is accepted.

• Split Payments ($200+): If the total is above $200, it is eligible to be split into two payments.

• Split Payments ($600+): If the total is more than $600, it is eligible to be split into four payments.

• Currency: All commission prices are listed and processed in USD.

• Privacy Fee: Commissions intended to remain private (not shared on social media) are subject to an additional fee of $400.

• Refund Policy: Please note that once the work has been approved past the sketch phase, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Once your request is received, it will be evaluated and your email will be answered as soon as possible.

The price and details will be confirmed then.
