Promo terms and conditions
1. Purpose of Purchase
All Palm Corned Beef purchases are strictly intended for inclusion in a FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder Balikbayan Box Padala. The buyer confirms that the products will be sent overseas and not for resale, distribution, or commercial use within New Zealand. Any form of local resale or market supply is strictly prohibited.
2. Bundle Purchase Requirement
Palm Corned Beef may only be purchased as part of a Palm Corned Beef Bundle, which must include: A FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder ‘small’ box bundle, OR an existing, pre-booked FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder Balikbayan Box Padala.
3. Use of Existing Balikbayan Box Padala
When using an existing FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder Balikbayan Box: A valid PNZ# (Padala Number) must be provided at the time of order. Failure to provide a PNZ# may result in cancellation or delay of the order.
4. Padala Pre-Booking Requirement
Balikbayan Box Padala shipments must be pre-booked within 3 months of purchase.

5. Product Condition, Returns & Exchanges
Palm Corned Beef is a food product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is faulty upon delivery. Any claims for faulty product must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, with photo documentation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be fully completed at checkout via:
Online banking, or Online credit card payment.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
7. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
Once payment is received, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier and operational factors outside FOREXNZ Freight Forwarder’s control.
8. Stock Availability
The Palm Corned Beef Bundle is available while stocks last. Orders are subject to stock confirmation at the time of payment.
9. Cancellation or Modification of Promo
ForexNZ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time in the event of:
-Stock unavailability
-System errors
-Operational issues
-Any unforeseen circumstances
10. Promo Conditions
This promotion is not valid with any other promo, discount, or offer. Bundles and inclusions cannot be substituted for cash value.
