Full Board is intended for those carrying out game drives in their own vehicles or with a third-party tour company. Please note that we cannot provide equipment to tour companies or self-drivers.

Game Package Accommodation

Game Package Includes:

- 2 shared game drives per day or 1 shared full-day game drive
- Park and Concession Fees
- Return Airstrip/Park Gate Transfer
Game Package Does Not Include:
- Bar Drinks

Game Drives are on a shared basis; please expect to share with other guests. The manager will discuss the available options upon arrival and each evening.

Arrival Information

Lunch is served between 13:00 and 14:00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide lunch to guests arriving after 14:00.

If you arrive in time for lunch, check-out on your departure day will be before lunch. Should you wish to stay for lunch on your departure day, just let us know - an additional charge will apply.

If you arrive after lunch, check-out on your departure day will be after lunch. If you plan to leave before lunch, we’ll be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you.

Please note:
The park gate closes strictly at 18:00.
Entry is not permitted after this time, and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate late arrivals.
Guests arriving after 18:00 will need to make arrangements to stay outside the park. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for missed nights due to late arrival.

Key information to take note of:
- We cannot provide equipment (cutlery, crockery, thermoses, or furniture) to tour companies or self-drivers.
- TANAPA park gates close at 18:00. Should a tour company or self-driver arrive after this time, entry to the park, and therefore our camps, is out of our control. Alternative accommodation outside of the park will need to be found. We cannot provide refunds for late arrivals.
- If we are expecting you for dinner, we will not have lunch prepared should you arrive early.
