PERMIT EXPEDITING SERVICES RATES 2025
Permit Expediting Rates will vary based on services requested and specific job requirements. Estimates will be provided and will come directly from QuickBooks. A 50% deposit of estimate is due upon acceptance of estimate. Remaining 50% is due at time of permit issuance.

Review Cycles

Each permit includes two (2) review cycles. A fee of $750.00 will apply for each additional review cycle beyond the initial two.

Reimbursements

To expedite the process, AmeriCode will cover reimbursement costs up to $300—including filing fees and printing—without prior authorization. Any amount exceeding $300 will require prior approval and will incur a 20% reimbursement fee.

Remit Renewals

Permit renewals including Building Permit and DDOT Permits will be charged at a base fee of $750 per renewal.

Failure to Respond

Failure to respond to comments for resubmission over 60 days will incur $500 fee for first 60 days, andadditional $500 for each 60-day period until response is received by AmeriCode.

Cancellation of Services

Permit expediting services canceled prior to issuance of permit will be subject to fee of 50% of ExpeditingServices Rate plus any reimbursement fees. Permit expediting services canceled after issuance of permit will be subject to 100% of Expediting ServicesRate plus any reimbursement fees.
