Fees: THB 450 per child per session

Special Promotion: Enjoy a 20% discount when purchasing a package of 10 sessions or more.

Please note that all playgroup payments are non-refundable.

A maximum of 8 children will be accepted per session.

To ensure the safety and security of all OAKBURY students and other children in our playgroup, we kindly ask for copies of your IDs as part of the sign-up process. We collect, use, disclose, and transfer your personal data with transparency and accountability in accordance with the 2021 Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Please rest assured that this information will only be used for safety protocols and will not be used for any other purposes.

AGREEMENT
I clearly understand and fully accept the following rules, terms and conditions for the participation of my child into OAKBURY's Playgroup:

1. By enrolling my child at OAKBURY, I agree to follow OAKBURY’s Safeguarding Policy and to work with OAKBURY to ensure that all students, teachers and parents are treated fairly and with respect.

2. Should any information provided by the parents to OAKBURY prove to be inaccurate, OAKBURY reserves the right to exclude the student and cease the enrolment without refund.

3. Payment must be made prior to the start of session, and is non-refundable. Fees cover all the materials and activities provided during the playgroup sessions.

4. A 20% discount will be applied to the total price when registering for 10 sessions or more.

5. Parents must notify OAKBURY in case of absence due to illness or other reasons. Rescheduling is only permitted if seats are available in the makeup classes. However, all paid sessions must be used by the last session of the term.

6. Parents must inform the playgroup of any allergies or medical conditions their child has. Sick children should not attend the playgroup. Symptoms of illness include but not limited to: fever within the past 24 hr (without fever medication), wet cough, unclear and/or coloured mucus, eye infection, vomiting, and diarrhea.

7. In the event of an injury to my child, or any damage to my child’s personal items, whilst taking part in the playgroup activities, I will not hold OAKBURY or any member of staff responsible.

8. The playgroup reserves the right to terminate enrolment if terms and conditions are not met or if a child’s behavior is consistently disruptive to the group.

9. By enrolling their child, parents/guardians consent to their child participating in all playgroup activities, unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. I acknowledge that photographs and videos of my child may be taken during playgroup activities for promotional purposes.

OAKBURY will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all personal information is accurate and protected. All personal data will be stored only in password-protected databases and we shall keep your personal information for the duration of your time as member of the School community.
