Financial management is handled by CLAYSTON. The participation fee includes the full program for September 22, 2025, including lunch and dinner. Please note: Travel costs to and from Syria, as well as accommodation costs, are not included and must be covered individually.

The event may be postponed or canceled by the organizer due to force majeure or other organizational reasons. Please also refer to the organizer’s General Terms and Conditions. CLAYSTON and EMA accept no liability for damages or cancellation fees of any kind.

EMA is happy to assist with visa applications upon request. The cost of the application must be borne by each applicant individually.
