  • Thank you for taking 10-15 minutes to fill out this survey. It includes 10 multiple choice questions and 8 open-ended questions. NEIP's team has grown and the Executive Director role has shifted over time, so your candid feedback is important to provide guidance to NEIP’s Leadership moving forward. Your responses are anonymous. They will be compiled by the Director of Operations and reviewed by the Board Chair and Board Treasurer. Aggregate feedback including themes but without any identifying information will then be shared with the Executive Director and the Board. There will be opportunities to share additional feedback one-on-one with the Board Chair or Treasurer for anyone wishing to do so.
