WINTERFEST 2026

WINTERFEST - March 6th - 8th 2026, is held at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. This weekend retreat is filled with the worship, games, the word, and fellowship with other students. The cost is $250 per child. A $50 deposit is due by October 5th, 2025. SPACE is LIMITED! Spots will be reserved first come, first serve. You are ONLY registered if you SIGN UP, AND PAY THE DEPOSIT. Fundraisers will be available for your child to get sponsors for their trip. If the child does NOT participate in fundraising, they will be responsible for the remaining balance. The remaining $200 will be due January 18th, 2026 if they did not raise their balance.

I further understand that I am signing this form, I release and hold harmless Wilmington Church of God and all other church related functions. By signing this form I release and hold harmless it's trustees, officers, employees, interns, and any volunteers from any liability past or future fully and completely. I authorize the staff or designated medical professionals and/or volunteers to administer emergency medical assistance if I cannot be reached.
