Produce clean, well-paced podcast edits (audio + video) for weekly episodes

Cut scroll-stopping short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Add on-brand graphics, captions, b-roll, zooms, and visual interruptions

Collaborate with our strategist on content packaging (hooks, titles, thumbnails)

Organize and manage shared assets, project files, and version tracking
-
Analyze performance (retention, click-through, listen-through) and iterate
-
Spot weak moments in footage and reframe with creative editing
-
Maintain consistency across platforms while tailoring to each algorithm

Bring creative ideas to the table—help us test and evolve our style

3+ years of editing experience across YouTube, podcasts, and short-form
-
Strong Adobe Premiere skills (After Effects, Audition, or Descript is a plus)

Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and platform-native content

Proven experience editing for social media growth—not just cutting clips

Familiarity with YouTube Studio, podcast analytics, and short-form trends

Portfolio that includes long-form + short-form samples
-
Organized, proactive communicator with attention to detail

Comfortable working async and meeting deadlines without hand-holding
