Want to lower your costs? Many past travelers have secured full or partial sponsorships from businesses, Churches, and community organizations. Sponsors get public recognition on our website (Africaonwheelz.com), Social media promotions; and during the tour!

We will send you a sponsorship toolkit after registration to help you succeed.

After your deposit is received, you will receive a Welcome Email with:

• A link to a Group Member Information Form to submit your travelers' names.
• An invoice showing your payment plan.
• Your sponsorship Toolkit (If requested)

• Once Boooking Form is competely filled and submitted, You have 90 days prior to the tour to confirm list of attendees. 
• Deposite will be based on the number of people in the group.
• Half payment shall be due in March 2026.
• Final payment to be due in July 2026 for the entire group.

I understand the deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the tour balance.
