Classroom Visit

Checkout when I am in which county and request a date that coincides! The images below are simply for knowing when I am in which county and not available at all. Please scroll further down to actually pick your lesson dates and times. The available time slots should update based on my google calendar availability, therefore the date you pick should be available! This is the first time I've tried integrating my calendar, thank you for being patient and trying this new way of scheduling with me! :)
Lesson Visit Date & Time (These options should be updated in real time as it is integrated with my calendar!) These are 90 minute time blocks to include travel time for me. The lessons will still be 1 hour long.
If none of the above time slots work from you-I may still have availability at other times. (For example if you'd like 9:30-10:30 instead of 9-10.) Let me know below the dates/times you'd like and I will get back to you on if they work!
How many students would be present? (estimate)
How many classrooms would this be for? (Ex. Mrs. Smith & Mrs. Joe's 3rd grade class want to be taught together at the same time or just Mrs. Smith's class)
I am open to teaching more than one class at a time but may request rather than teaching 40+ students together at once splitting it up into multiple sessions. I will reach out if this affects you :)
What allergies or other important notes should I be aware of? (IEP accommodations, behavior contracts, specific seating or listening needs, etc)
I only request you share this info if you feel it would be needed during my lesson visit. Please do not feel obligated to! Some lessons do include food, latex, etc so please keep that in mind :)

  These are Agriculture Magazines (4 pages of full color facts, interviews, stories and more about a specific topic!) I have some available in print that I can give you for your classroom for free! *Availability is subject to change
