  • Art's House Holiday Gift Gallery 2025 Call for Art | Artist Application

    Show Dates: November 13 – December 27, 2025 Space is limited, so apply today! Application closes 11:45 PM October 3rd. The art drop-off will be on Friday November 7 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday November 8 from 10:00 AM - Noon. ***Please add artshouse108@gmail.com to your address book so you receive communications about the exhibit.***
  • Upon submitting this application the artist agrees to to the following conditions:

    • Artwork in the gallery is exhibited at the artist’s own risk. However, in the event your work is damaged, the artist:gallery commission rate below will apply.
    • The artist:gallery commission rate is 70:30. If you volunteer 4+ hours per month with Community Arts Base, the commission rate is 80:20.
    • Artists will be paid monthly via check for the prior month’s sales minus gallery commission. If the amount owed to the artist is less than $20, payment will be deferred until the amount reaches $20 or the end of the year, whichever comes first. Artists with PayPal will be paid monthly regardless of amount. (See below to indicate preferred payment method.)
    • Drop-off and pick-up times are designated below and adherence is appreciated. Arrangements must be made with gallery management in advance if an alternative drop-off or pick-up time is needed. Art's House is not liable for loss or damage if art is left past the designated pick-up time.
    • Artwork shall remain for the duration specified, or per previously agreed upon dates with the gallery management.
    • The gallery management reserves the right to display artwork as it sees fit for each show.
    • Artwork for wall display will be ready to hang with secure wire and|or hooks, and unframed edges will be finished to conform professionally with the rest of the artwork.
    • All work will be labeled and priced prior to drop-off per instructions sent to the artists via email prior to the show.
    • The artist agrees to supply all the following items at or before the specified drop-off time:
      • inventory sheet to include title (if applicable), prices, dimensions, and media of each work
      • artist statement
      • marketing information to include social media handles, hashtags, and digital images

        Show Dates: November 13 – December 27, 2025

        Drop-off: Friday, November 7, 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday November 8, 10:00 am - Noon. 

        Pick-up: Sunday, December 28, 10:00 – 1:00 p.m. and Monday, December 29, 3:00pm – 5:00 p.m.

    Please include 1 - 3 images of your artwork including a brief description (media, size, price range). Please ensure that your images are of good quality, in focus, with a neutral background. Images may be used in print or digital form for show publicity. Please read the image titling requirement below.

  • Submissions will be reviewed by the gallery managers, and artists will be notified via email of the managers' decisions by Monday October 6th.
