By completing this form, you agree to the terms of the SUABL Player Agreement for the Fall 2025 season. This agreement ensures transparency about your registration fee, what it covers, and expectations for all players.

Season Start Date: September 18, 2025

The $250 registration fee is required for all players and must be paid in full before participating in any league games. (Except in case of players with payment plans. In which case the first payment must be made before participating.)

Your fee includes:
- Field reservations for all scheduled games
- Certified umpire fees
- Game baseballs
- Team jersey (player keeps jersey at season end)
- League operating expenses (insurance, website, equipment, administration)

-No refunds will be issued after a player participates in their first regular season game. Players who suffer season-ending injuries are eligible for a prorated refund based on games missed, assuming a free agent is available to assume their league player fee.

- If a player is removed for misconduct or violation of league rules, no refund will be issued.

By signing below, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself with good sportsmanship at all times.
- Respect umpires, teammates, opponents, and league officials.
- Attend scheduled games when possible and communicate absences to your team manager.
- Provide your own glove, cleats, and personal gear.

This agreement is in addition to the required SUMBL Liability Waiver, which must also be completed before participation.
