    The A. Parsa Early Learning Award provides one full year of tuition-free care for 1 (one) preschool aged child (age 3-5). This award is designed to expand access to high-quality early childhood education for families experiencing hardship. The award will be granted based on classroom availability at the time of enrollment, and the start date will be scheduled 1–2 weeks after the recipient is announced (early January 2026)

      • Morning and afternoon snacks, classroom supplies, and enrichment activities will be provided Heart + Harmony Kids

      • Lunch must be provided from home

      Additional Notes
      The recipient must meet the same requirements as all private-paying families, including completion of licensing paperwork, consistent attendance, and adherence to school policies and behavior standards. We reserve the right to withdraw the award and discontinue enrollment if a child or parent does not uphold these expectations, but our goal will always be to work together toward a positive and cooperative relationship.
