Upload Protocol (PDF Upload HERE or TYPE Below) Because of time for this year's PR Ball Protocol will be honoring the One Title, One Walk Rule. We are recognizing Name, Current Title or Title of Choice. ICS Titles WILL be recognized. For hard to pronounce names we encourage you to spell those names phonetically so the MC's can have the opportunity to pronounce names properly. We also ask that protocols be sent with a font size that is easy to read. We ask that all protocols try to be submitted no later than August 29th 2025. This will allow time to make sure they are printed up and organized for the event. If you need to submit it the day of please have your protocols prepared to hand in with a clearly marked folder with the name of your organization.

As a reminder, the event will be held at the Satellite Hotel: 411 Lakewood Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. Once you arrive at the Satellite Hotel, enter through the main entrance and take the elevator to the Lower Level (LL). The event will be held at the end of the C-Wing.
