Custom Banner Order Form
All banners are 36" wide by the length of your choosing! It is recommended to place your custom orders 2 weeks in advance from the date it is needed. All banners have a set price depending on its size. This includes color scheme, wording/font, quote, and 1 design/character. Extra add Ons (Ex. border) will be of extra charge. Please be as descriptive in the notes below and send inspirational photos for a price quote. Porch pickup will be located in Sugar Land TX. Address will be sent once banner is completed. All orders include a digital mockup for your review and approval and ONE edit (if needed). Mockups will need to be approved within 48 hours of me sending it due to the time required to paint the actual banner or you risk cancelation/rush order fee. A nonrefundable deposit of $20 (that will be added towards your balance) will be needed before the Mockup is started. Remaining balance will be due after mockup is approved. Disclaimer: These are completely painted by hand. It can be expected to have minor imperfections and flaws. After completing this form an email or text message will be sent within 24hrs to submit deposit. After deposit is submitted, your digital mockup will be sent within 24-48 hours on approval. After mockup is approved and remaining balance is submitted, you will receive an email or text message with your tracking information. Shipping disclosure: I typically ship orders 7 days before your requested arrival date to allow plenty of time for delivery. while shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, the time frame is not guaranteed. Customers should be aware that any postal delays after the banner has been shipped are the responsibility of the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). I am not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once the banner has been delivered. ALL BANNERS ARE FINAL SALE
