A Note to Pre-K Families:

We are pleased to offer care for Moffet Pre-K students next year! Please note that pre-K pricing is higher than K-5th due to teacher/student ratio requirements and because tuition includes care during the regular pre-k early dismissals on Fridays, from 1-3pm. Tuition cost does NOT include Half Day or Full Day Camps that we offer on district-wide early dismissal days, PD days or holidays when school is closed to all students. We will publish a list of our Day Camps in the summer.

We accept checks (please deliver to your site director, do not mail) or ACH bank transfer, which you can complete online through your invoice link. Please email info@playartsphilly.com for credit card payments. A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments. Your tuition deposit is due within 5 days of invoice receipt. Failure to pay your invoice within this time period will result in forfeiture of your child's spot in the program.Yearly tuition is $4100 per year for K-5 and $5400 per year for Pre-K, invoiced in 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month. Late payments will result in late fees and spot forfeiture.In the event that you drop out of the program before the end of the school year, you will forfeit your tuition deposit. If you stay enrolled in the program through the end of the school year, the deposit will be refunded as the final invoice, in place of your May tuition payment.
