Flyers, eBooks and more Submission Guidelines
eBook Cover Design:
Ensure you provide your eBook title, subtitle (if any), author name, and any specific imagery or style references you’d like included. Covers are designed as a single front cover (not full wrap). Please focus on clear, concise titles for best readability.
Yard Sign:
Provide all text, contact details, and key call-to-action you want featured. Keep in mind that yard signs are viewed from a distance. Short, bold messaging works best. Limit the amount of small text to maintain visibility.
Business Flyer:
Ensure you provide all the wording you want included on your flyer. The more information you include, the smaller the font will need to be. Flyers are one-page designs only (not front and back). Focus on important details only to maintain readability and clarity.
Event Flyer:
Include the event name, date, time, location, contact information, and any ticket or RSVP details. Event flyers are one-page designs. For best results, keep text minimal so the main event details stand out.
Door Hanger:
Provide the main headline, supporting text, and contact details. Door hangers are double-sided, so please indicate which text/images go on each side. Keep messaging short and direct for quick readability. Also, please provide size & dimensions you intend to print.
Rack Card Design:
Provide all text, contact info, and section headings. Rack cards are double-sided — please specify what content should appear on the front and back. Limit text for a clean, impactful design. Also, please provide size & dimensions you intend to print.
Story Template Set (3):
Provide short text, quotes, or headlines for each template. Instagram Stories perform best with minimal words and bold visuals. Limit heavy paragraphs to maintain quick readability.
Branded Highlight Cover Set (4):
Provide the list of highlight titles and preferred icon style or imagery for each cover. Keep text short (1–2 words per highlight) to maintain clarity at small sizes.
Email Banner:
Include your business name, tagline, and any promotional text. For best impact, limit text and focus on your main message or call-to-action.
Facebook Banner:
Provide your business name, tagline, and any specific imagery or colors. Facebook banners have a wide layout, so keep main elements centered for optimal display on both desktop and mobile.
Web Banner Set (2):
Provide exact text, preferred size(s), and any imagery or style references for each banner. Limit text to short, impactful messages to ensure readability across devices.
