2026 Guest House Application for the 9th International Conference in Seoul, Korea

Conference Dates: July 22-24, 2026, Available Dates for Check-in (July 21 or 22, 2026) and Check-out (July 24 or 25, 2026). Meals are not included in the room charges. However, you will find many off-campus restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the international guest house. Rooms will be assigned by gender, floor, and building in accordance with university policy. IOHSK will make every effort to assign rooms based on gender, affiliation, country, and status (faculty, graduate student, undergraduate, or local/international guest). To travel, your passport must have at least six months remaining before expiration. Once rooms are assigned, changes will not be possible.

Rooms will be finalized after abstract submission notifications, and payment will be required by Sunday, May 31, 2026. Invoices with payment links will be sent by email (office@iohsk.org) starting Monday, April 14, 2026. Please note that refunds are only available if you cancel your reservation by June 20, 2026. After June 21, 2026 (Korean time), no refunds will be issued. At check-out, you will be responsible for any items in your room that are broken or stolen. Therefore, you need to inspect for any broken or missing items and notify IOHSK to avoid charges at check-out. An inspection checklist will be provided at check-in, and you must complete the check-in inspection.
