SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC APPROVAL FOR THE DATES REQUESTED.
All stallholders to provide their own gazebo, tables etc. Power is NOT available
SW Pop Up Shops reserve the right to refuse any applicant. First preference will be given to local (SW area) stall holders.
A variety of stalls and products are desired across the market. No stallholder has a monopoly on any product or service. No communication will be entered into re another stallholder selling a similar product to yours.
South West Pop Up Shops and Events reserve the right to move vendors on the day and to allocate bays as they see fit to the benefit of all the stall holders.
Further information will be sent out with your acceptance letter and allocation will be sent out a week prior to each event
STALL PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
TWILIGHT MARKETS @ KOOMBANA BAY
This year the Twilight markets applications and acceptance will be on a month to month basis. You will be notified 4 weeks prior to the event if you have been successful.
An acceptance letter and invoice will be sent and payment is due within 10 days. It is your responsibility to make sure you pay on time. Failure to pay will mean your application will be cancelled and your place offered to another vendor. Non payment or a late payment may affect any future bookings at the Sunset Markets.
REFUNDS OR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER MARKETS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS FOR THESE MARKETS.
CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY
Payment is due by November 10
a 50% refund will be given for cancellation up to and including November 24
There will be no refunds for any cancellations from November 25
AUSTRALIA DAY
Payment is due by December 8
a 50% refund will be given for cancellation up to and including December 30
There will be no refunds for any cancellations from December 31
