  • Attendance & Policies

    In order to achieve the intended Learning Outcomes and to satisfy the completion requirements for the SOS Approach to Feeding Training Course, all Participants are expected to attend the course for the entire duration of each day:

    - Online 9 hour, pre- recorded Segment of of the Training Course at least one week prior to attending the In-Person Segment of the Course

    - In person from July 9- 12, 2026 (Days 1, 2 & 3 from 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Day 4 from 8:00am to 3:15pm)

    Participants will miss crucial information needed to be able to correctly use the SOS Approach to Feeding program if they come late or leave the course early. Late arrival or early departure on any day will not be accepted. Certificates of Attendance will not be given to Participants that are late or leave early. Please make any travel arrangements to ensure that you do not need to leave the course early on any day. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Complaint Policy & Procedures 

    KTLC and Sandbox Clinic views and values complaints and constructive feedback to further improve the quality of future programs and resources. It also serves as an opportunity to address concerns appropriately and ensure a fair and respectful resolution for the person or organization that raised the complaint. A complaint may include, but is not limited to:

    • Dissatisfaction with the quality or delivery of content,
    • Issues with registration, accessibility, or facilities,
    • Concerns about the behavior of speakers, staff, or fellow participants,
    • Breaches of professional conduct or ethical concerns.

    To lodge a complaint, the participant may either scan the provided QR code to access a portal for digital feedback form or send an email via sosconference2026.ph@gmail.com with the subject line: Formal Complaint – SOS 2026 Seminar. 

    Should the complaint require immediate concern (that of which requires real-time attention involving health, accessibility, or emergency-related matter, they may approach to speak with On-site Staff or Facilitator. If the concern is not resolved at the staff level or is sensitive in nature, the participant may request to speak privately with the Lead Conference Coordinator.

  •  Cancellation of Registration by Participant/ Registrant - Policy

    Cancellations must be received in writing to sosconference2026.ph@gmail.com no later than March 15, 2026 (11:59 PM) to receive a refund minus an administrative or processing fee of 1,000 pesos. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 15, 2026. Once cancellation has been processed, the slot will be forfeited. Should there be an open slot due to a cancellation, it will be announced through the official pages/ website of the organization.

    No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows on the day(s) of the In-Person Segment of the course.

    For Cancellation due to Medical Reasons, Death of an Immediate Family Member or Unexpected Calamity*, a refund of 50% will be given under the following condition:

    A.Must be communicated as soon as possible to the organizer in writing or via email at sosconference2026.ph@gmail.com; in addition to;

    B.Supported by valid medical documentation e.g. medical certificate or doctor’s note for health-related concern or death notice, funeral announcement, or obituary for bereavement-related.

    C.All medical-related or bereavement-related cancellation requests will be subject for review and deliberation by the organizing team for up to 10 business days after request has been received; along with

    D.Processing fee of 1000 pesos will be charged 

    Cancellation of the Event

    If the Training Course is cancelled by KTLC and Sandbox Clinic due to, but not limited to, the following:

    • Speaker cancellation 
    • Limited enrollment
    • Severe weather (flooding, earthquake etc.) 
    • Conference site issues (power outages, emergency situations)
  • Continuing Education 

    CPD Units will be applied for occupational therapists. Approval and number of units are dependent upon the PRC Council. All professionals may also opt to apply for CPD units from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) under self-directed learning. 

    Disclaimer: Please note that approval of CPD units is not guaranteed and is subject for review by the accrediting body. Refunds will not be issued based on non-approval.

  • PLEASE NOTE:

    We will offer a variety of food selections during our morning and afternoon breaks, including protein and fruit items. While we will strive to provide
    options for those with dietary preferences, we are unable to guarantee that the food provided will meet all preferences. For those with specific preferences, you are welcome to bring additional snacks to ensure that they meet your dietary
    preferences and to supplement the food provided.

  • Upon submission of the registration form, an email will be sent for acknowledgement. Payment will still be checked for approval. Kindly await for an email response regarding payment verification within 1-2 weeks.
