Application form for ALL scholarships administered by Calabar Alumni Florida
Eligibility and Instructions
1. Applicants (students) must complete the ENTIRE form. Failure to do so may result in the application being disqualified.
2. To be considered for a scholarship, students must meet the eligibility requirements.
3. To remain on scholarship benefits past the First (Christmas) Term of the school year, the student must meet the maintenance requirements.
4. Applications that are complete and meet all the requirements will be reviewed by the appointed Scholarship Committee for that specific scholarship. After deliberation, each Scholarship Committee will recommend one successful applicant.
5. Each Scholarship requires its own application submission.
6. No student shall be awarded more than one of the listed scholarships.
7. If an awardee of one of these scholarships receives a separate non-Calabar Alumni Scholarship, they and their parents must notify Calabar Alumni Florida immediately at scholarship@cbarfla.org. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of the Calabar Alumni Florida scholarship benefits.
