THIS PROGRAM IS FOR RESIDENTS OF REDWOOD COUNTY, MINNESOTA, WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE FOR THE 2025 HOLIDAY SEASON.

You must be the custodial parent/guardian of the children claimed on this form.

Distribution dates:

BY ASSIGNED APPOINTMENT ONLY
Two Locations: (can only receive one distribution)
- December 16,17, & 18 in Redwood Falls
- or December 17th at the Lamberton Community Center.
- Applicants will be assigned an appointment to pick up gifts/groceries on one of these days at one of these locations.
Appointment letters should arrive by mail on or before December 5TH. Also watch the email listed on your application for updates.
You may assume your application is accepted unless we contact you saying you were denied.
If you have not heard a denial or been assigned an appointment by noon December 5th please text/call us at 507-430-5229.

There are 3 forms. When you submit your application, FORM1, it should automatically go to FORM2 and then to FORM3. Forms 2 & 3 request information that will help us prepare gifts for the children and groceries for the household. These 3 forms have the same questions asked on the RED & WHITE printed/paper forms.

If your household is without children the process is fairly short.

The larger the household the longer the forms 2 &3 will take to complete. If you do not have time to complete the process now, we suggest you close this window without starting and use the QR code/link to apply when you have the time.

If you get interrumpted after starting the process, there should be a suspend button to allow you to continue later. It will ask you to Copy and save the link to continue where you left off. It may also send you an email with the link attached.
