This application must be submitted for any type of sanctioned event.

USE THE NEW MEET ANNOUNCEMENT TEMPLATE posted on the website.

The meet sanction fee is $50. Event (activities outside a pool setting) sanctions will not require a sanction approval fee.

The sanction fee, a copy of the meet information are attached, and includes the warm-up procedures, which must be adhered to by all participants. As a condition of obtaining such a sanction, I and the above organization, which I represent, agree to abide and govern this event under the rules and regulations of United States Swimming, Inc. and Wyoming Swimming, Inc. and all other term and conditions upon which this sanction may be granted. These terms specifically include all local rules and regulations and those set forth in Article 202 of the current edition of USA Swimming Rules and Regulations, specific reference to Article 202.4.10 thereof, which provides that:

“In granting this sanction it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming shall be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event.”

REVIEW AND ATTEST TO THE FOLLOWING:

In applying for this sanctioned event on the dates listed above and at the location listed above, our club agrees to comply and to enforce all health and safety mandates and guidelines of USA Swimming, Wyoming, and the State where the meet is located.

All participating athletes, coaches and clubs are currently registered with USA Swimming and/or Wyoming Swimming.

The undersigned certifies that the proposed facility meets all the requirements of Article 103 of USA Swimming Rules and Regulations for the requested season. In granting this sanction it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming, Inc. and Wyoming Swimming, Inc. shall be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event.
