PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Your child will participate in a 3-hour hands-on science lesson that includes experiments and possibly an interaction with live animals. This session is designed to be fun, educational, and safe.

I acknowledge that participation in hands-on science lessons and animal interactions at locations such as the beach or park may involve inherent risks. These risks include minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, allergic reactions, or environmental factors. I accept these risks on behalf of my child and agree that Land & Sea Adventures will not be held liable for any unintentional injuries or accidents that occur during the session.

I hereby release and hold harmless Land & Sea Adventures, its employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my child's participation in this event, including any accidents or injuries. I understand that all safety guidelines will be followed to minimize risks.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT OTHER TERMS:

The parties to this Participation Agreement are the "Student," the Student's parents or legal guardians, and Land & Sea Adventures. The Student, with the consent of the Student's parents or legal guardians, has chosen to participate in a Land & Sea Adventures program (the "Program" The Student and his/her parents/legal guardians: - will complete all required forms and provide the necessary information, - hereby certifies that the information provided to Land & Sea Adventures is correct, and - agrees to keep it updated, as necessary.

I give permission for photos or videos of my child to be taken during the session for promotional or educational purposes.

SAFETY GUIDELINES:
To ensure a fun and productive environment, students are expected to:

- Follow all instructions given by the instructor. - Handle science materials and animals with care.

- Respect fellow students, the instructor, and animals.
- No running or disruptive behavior.

- Wash hands before and after handling animals.

To ensure a safe and positive experience with the reptiles, students are expected to:

- Be gentle when handling animals.

- Follow all handling instructions from the instructor.

- Wash hands before and after animal interaction.

Participation in animal handling is optional. If your child does not want to handle the animals, they are not required to do so.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:
The student and his/her parents or legal guardians agree to pay any money owed to cover all program fees on or before the date the program commences.

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund. If a session is canceled by the instructor (e.g., due to illness or weather), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
