    Submission Details:

    • Eligibility: Open to BIPOC filmmakers worldwide.
    • Film Length: Maximum run time of 15 minutes.
    • Genres: All genres are welcome, including drama, comedy, documentary, animation, experimental, horror, and more. 
    • Submission Format: Films should be submitted in a digital format. Specific file requirements will be provided upon acceptance.
