Set-up time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (must be fully set up by noon)

10x10 Vendor or business booth fee: $125 (includes City of Omaha’s required $25 vendor permit)

10x10 FOOD vendor booth fee: $175 (this includes City of Omaha’s required $25 vendor permit AND Douglas County $75 temporary event permit, meaning you will not have to pay additional for these items)

Food truck fee: $225

—You are responsible for filling out and acquiring all necessary permits or licenses associated with your business. No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain necessary documentation or for any other reason.

You may share a booth with another business with prior approval. An additional $25 for additional business in booth will be required to be paid to the City of Omaha.

NEW- Payment plans available with a $50 non refundable installment. Full booth fee must be paid 4 weeks prior to event date. See organizers for more info.

TERMS

This is a rain or shine event!

Absolutely no refunds on any payments made, no exceptions.

If you are selling food or drinks, you are responsible for researching and obtaining all necessary documentation and permits/licenses.

Tables, tents, chairs, and electricity are not provided.

You are responsible for your own power and lighting needs.

NO stakes or holes in ground; everything must be secured down with weights.

No real candles or flames may be used, only LED/battery operated.

You must remain set up for entirety of event.

Failure to arrive and set up on time may result in inability to vend. No refunds issued if you are late.

Leave property as you found it, dispose of all trash appropriately.

Remain courteous and respectful towards everyone, including but not limited to guests, organizers, volunteers, and other vendors.

Anyone found to be violating terms or otherwise being disruptive or unsafe will be asked to leave with no refund or compensation.
