  • SeaWilding Conference would like to thank you for your interest in being part of the Volunteer Assistants Programme. Here is some information that may be of your interest:

  • - We trust in our team that is the visible image of SeaWilding Conference and Side-Event, that is why we care about proactivity, punctuality, responsibility and commitment to the functions acquired, skills such as assertiveness and teamwork are key to the smooth development of activities.

    - Acommodation, flight tickets or Visa requirements are not covered by SeaWilding Conference, which means is responsibility of each person.

    - We will not use this information with marketing purposes and will be only managed with recruitment intentions for being part of the Volunteer Asistants Programme at SeaWilding Conference.

    - You will be assigned a daily shift for the duration of the Conference or Side-Event and you will be briefed in advance on your role. We will do our best to assign roles according to your strengths and interests, but we cannot guarantee that you will have the role you were hoping for. 

    - This is a VOLUNTEER position. 

    - 70% of your time will be dedicated to supporting the organization of SeaWilding Conference.
    - The other 30% will be free for you to network, attend sessions and networking events.

    - In exchange for your commitment throughout the SeaWilding Conference, you will receive:

    - Free registration to SeaWilding Conference 2026 & Side-event
    - Drinks and coffee, and thursday lunch
    - Access to sessions & activities
    - Networking and learning opportunities

    - You are responsible for:

    - Your own travel to and from Barcelona  (including trips to and from the airport, if applicable)
    - Your own accommodation during the Conference
    - Meals outside of those provided at SeaWilding Conference
    - Any other expense
