Please fill out the form to request school supplies and schedule an appointment for pickup. The pickup window is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on August 30th. The child doesn’t need to be present. At the door, you’ll need to show your ID and child’s birth certificate. We’ll be providing new school supplies and socks,. We’ll also have available used clothing and shoes.
