- Albany Basketball Association's Constitution and Competition By-Laws
- BWA Code of Conduct (Player, Coach, Parent & Spectator)
- BWA Social Media Policy

It does not guarantee me, or my child, a position in a Royals Basketball Club teamI will be positive, supportive and respectful towards the Royals Basketball Club trials and grading process.I will not approach the club's grading team during the trial and grading process.If an on court trial session is required, there will be a $5 per player trial fee that must be paid on the day before taking to the court.I will accept the outcomes of the trial and grading processes.
