  • Important information

    The Heyfield Timber Festival event will be held on the 21st February 2026 at the Heyfield Gordon Street Recreational Reserve. Please note the opening of the gates times have changed! Gates open to the public at 11:00AM Saturday morning. The street parade is now on the Saturday morning commencing at 9:00AM, which means all stall holders and food traders MUST be in the gates prior to 8:45AM, as this allows us to have clear access to roads to get all vehicles whom are participating in the parade parked efficiently. The market stall times will be 11:00AM through to 6:00PM (These may change depending). This form is an application form only, acceptance of your stall will be confirmed with an email with an attached invoice for your stall. All stall holders must attach their Public liability insurance. Food traders must also attach a copy of their street trader certificate also. Powered sites: Market sites are unpowered. Food Stall sites there are limited number of powered sites, this is limited by the amount of outlets on the generator so you will need to notify us early to improve your chance of obtaining one of these sites.***All electrical leads must be tested and tagged.     If you are successful you will be sent an invoice. Food Stalls: DAY ONLY $75, NIGHT ONLY $75, DAY & NIGHT $150. Market stalls: SINGLE SITE 3X3 $30, DOUBLE SITE 6X3 $60, TRIPLE SITE 9X3 $90. These prices include 2 gate passes, if you need extra, the fee is $10 each.

    Stall holders and food vendors are allowed 1 car per site.

    Cancellation fees apply:

    - Within 14 days of the event there will be a no refund policy 

    Filling out this application form does not guarantee your site. All vendors will be approved in writing from the stalls coordinator.
