  • Terms and Conditions – Zango Listing Fee Rebate Promotion
    These Terms and Conditions apply to the Zango Listing Fee Rebate Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Nectar Mortgages ACT (“Nectar Mortgages”). By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Promotion Overview
    1.1 The Promotion offers an eligible participant a rebate of their Zango property listing fee, subject to the eligibility criteria and conditions set out below.

    2. Eligibility Criteria
    2.1 To be eligible for the Promotion, the participant must:
       2.1.1 List their property for sale on Zango.com.au between 15 August 2025 and 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”);
       2.1.2 Ensure the listed property is within Zango’s acceptable listing geolocation criteria; and
    Apply for, and settle, a home loan through a broker from Nectar Mortgages ACT with settlement on or before 1 July 2026.

    3. Rebate Details
    3.1 The rebate amount will be equivalent to the Zango listing fee paid by the participant, up to a maximum of:
        $599 for properties listed in the ACT; or
        $299 for properties listed in Greater Queanbeyan - NSW.
    3.2 The rebate will be paid by Nectar Mortgages within 90 days of the finance settlement date.
    3.3 To claim the rebate, the participant must provide Nectar Mortgages with a valid tax invoice for the Zango listing fee within 30 days of the finance settlement date.

    4. General Conditions
    4.1 All loans are subject to lender approval and suitability assessment under relevant lending laws and regulations.
    4.2 The Promotion is limited to one rebate per loan application. The rebate is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash other than as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
    4.3 Nectar Mortgages reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, and withhold or cancel the rebate if the participant fails to meet these Terms and Conditions.
    4.4 Nectar Mortgages reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect participants who have already qualified.
    4.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
