  • Welcome to the application for Bridges to New Horizons: Integral Projects Leadership -- Lebanon (IPL-L)!

    Bridges to New Horizons: Integral Projects Leadership --Lebanon (IPL-L) is a unique integral learning experience and certification that devotes equal attention to project management, leadership development, peacebuilding, and trauma healing. This high-impact, learning experience qualifies for an Integral Leadership Certification that validates participants have gained deep and practical knowledge of project management, leadership development, peacebuilding, and trauma healing. Completion is also recognized with a digital badge and consideration for additional project funding.

You should apply if you are in the age range of 25-35, are of Lebanese nationality, currently living and working in Lebanon, and involved in a project with at least five people (including yourself) with the potential to make a difference. The project can be in agriculture, education, healthcare, IT/technology, or another area, and the project can be in the for-profit, non-profit, or public sector.

    If selected, you complete 14 days of in-person sessions guided by globally-skilled facilitators over the span of January 16 – June 7, 2026. The last session includes a public results presentation and potential for further funding.

  • Application Steps

    This application will take approximately two hours to complete. While filling it out, you may save and return to it again to continue before submitting. In addition to filling out the questions, you must submit a CV/resume and upload a video of not more than 5 minutes. To begin, you will complete a short eligibility quiz below. If you meet the basic requirements outlined in the quiz, you can proceed to the full application. The deadline to submit your application is October 1, 2025.  Notifications regarding program acceptance will be distributed on November 17, 2025.

  • Participation requires 14 days of in-person attendance between January 16 and June 7, 2026. Between sessions, there are scheduled virtual best practices coaching calls in project management and leadership development.

    The schedule is as follows:

    • Session I: Fri., Jan. 16 – Mon., Jan. 19, 2026
    • Session II: Fri., Feb. 27 – Mon., Mar. 2, 2026
    • Session III: Fri., Apr. 17 – Mon., Apr 20, 2026
    • Session IV: Sat., June 6 – Sun., June 7, 2026

    Through Bridges to New Horizons: Integral Projects Leadership (IPL-L), participants learn from expert facilitators and one another while receiving supportive coaching to accelerate the impact of real-life team projects. Best-fit projects are those that have a defined impact, an existing team of individuals already working on the project, and a planned duration through at least December 2026 (even though the formal IPL-L program ends June 7, 2026). The program is designed to help teams increase leadership and project impact and make plans for sustainability and scalability. Skills building in project management, peacebuilding, and trauma healing are integrated into the experience. Please complete all questions below.
