We are experience more registrations than needed, please don't send us payment before we send you a confirmation e-mail.
For our IDOL EXPERIENCE, full payment must be made upfront before the first session. Your spot will be secured only after payment confirmation. All payments should be sent via email to kletransfer@gmail.com and must include taxes.

Payments are non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.
If you need to withdraw, you are responsible for finding a substitute and transferring your spot. You may negotiate any transfer fees directly with the substitute; the studio is not involved in these negotiations.
If you cannot find a substitute and would like us to assist by searching our waitlist, we will retain 20% of your payment as a penalty. The remaining 80% will be refunded only if a replacement can be found.
