  • This agreement is entered into by and between Land & Sea Adventures ("The Provider) and Name: ("The Client") on Date:

    The Provider agrees to deliver educational services focused on science education, including interactive sessions involving reptiles, amphibians, and other critters at the location specified by the Client.

    2 Experiments that the students will be able to do 1 Final Experiment (that the presenter will do): Elephant Toothpaste ("Devil's Toothpaste") *this experiment is performed solely by the presenter, because it deals with strong chemicals that are toxic to the skin and may cause a burn if contacted with skin* Animal Encounters: 6-8 pet pals will be brought based on availability. Client is aware that there will be a $10 charge for additional pet friends.

  • 3. Responsibilities of the Provider

    The Provider will arrive at the designated location at the agreed-upon time (15-30 min before) and set up the necessary equipment and materials for the educational session. The Provider will conduct the educational session in a safe and professional manner, ensuring the well-being of all participants. The Provider will provide educational content appropriate for the age group of the participants.

    4. Responsibilities of the Client

    The Client will ensure access to the event location at the agreed-upon date and time. The Client will provide adequate space and shade for the educational session and ensure a safe environment for all participants. The Client will supervise children and guests attending the event to ensure their safety and well-being.

    5. Safety and Liability

    The Client acknowledges that some of the animals involved in the educational session may pose inherent risks, and agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Provider. The Client releases the Provider from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.

  • 6. Payment

    The Client agrees to submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 to the Provider. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to reschedule the event for another day or event. The Client agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon fee for the Services rendered starting at $700. The final price is subject to change based on the quote provided to the Client prior to the event. This may include additional costs such as travel fees or other applicable charges. Any additional expenses incurred during the event will be communicated to the Client and agreed upon in advance. Full payment is due the day of the event. Client's initials:

  • 7. Cancellation Policy

    The Client may cancel the event by providing 1 week notice to the Provider. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The Provider reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness. In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide a refund of any fees paid.

    8. Agreement to Terms

    By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions.
