This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Land & Sea Adventures ("Provider") and [Client Name]:("Client") for the provision of a Science Adventure Bash event. By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Land & Sea Adventures provides an engaging, hands-on science event filled with exciting activities for children of all ages, focusing on science experiments, nature exploration, and educational fun. The event will be tailored to the theme and age group of the participants.

Event Content: The event includes a series of interactive science stations that may or may not include experiment such as slime making, pH testing, bottle rocket launchers, and more. The activities will be hands-on and age-appropriate. Duration: The Science Adventure Bash will last approximately 1-1.25 hours and can be tailored to the client's specific needs. Group Size: The event is designed for groups of up to 30 participants. Location: The event will take place at [Client's location or specified venue]:

The Client agrees to submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 to the Provider. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to reschedule the event for another day or event. The Client agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon fee for the Services rendered starting at $375. The final price is subject to change based on the quote provided to the Client prior to the event. This may include additional costs such as travel fees or other applicable charges. Any additional expenses incurred during the event will be communicated to the Client and agreed upon in advance. Full payment is due the day of the event  

Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund on the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of the original event date, subject to availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT:

Event Space: The Client agrees to provide an appropriate and safe environment for the event, ensuring sufficient space for science stations and participant movement. Supervision: The Client agrees to provide adequate adult supervision during the event. The Provider's staff will oversee the activities, but the Client must ensure the safety and behavior of the children.
Special Needs: The Client must inform the Provider of any special needs or restrictions (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) for participants before the event. 

The Provider will maintain appropriate insurance for the activities conducted during the event. The Client agrees to hold the Provider harmless for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event, except in cases of negligence by the Provider.

All participants must follow the Provider's health and safety guidelines. If any participant shows symptoms of illness, the Client agrees to exclude them from participation until they are fit to do so.

The Client grants the Provider permission to capture photographs and videos during the event for educational and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement.
