- A quote is an estimate, not a contract. Service commitments are confirmed only when both parties sign a formal service agreement.
- Quotes remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued unless a different validity period is specified in writing. Rates and availability may change after this period.
- Additional charges may apply for expanded service hours, increased staffing, emergency response requests, or the addition of specialized equipment.
- All quotes are prepared specifically for the requesting party and are not transferable without written authorization from Vigilance Protection Services, LLC.
- We reserve the right to decline service if operational, safety, legal, or compliance requirements cannot be met.
- A quote request does not guarantee service availability. Scheduling is confirmed only upon agreement to all terms and execution of a service contract.
