• Bake Sale Approval Request

    The school dismissal is 1:10pm for Prek thru 1st Grades, and 1:20pm for 2nd Grade thru Youth Program. The bake sale can be set up between 12.45-1.45pm. We will need to vacate the Fischer Middle School premises before 1:45pm.
  • ICN Al-Falah Academy supports our area high school MSAs, ICN Scouts, and other Student Groups. Often, these student groups like to conduct bake sales to generate funds and request ICN Al-Falah if they can set up their bake sale at Al-Falah.

    This form must be filled out by the group's primary contact to request a bake sale setup at Fischer middle school during ICN weekend school hours. The request will be reviewed and approved/declined by ICN Al-Falah Academy administration. The bake sale can only take place after an approval from ICN Al-Falah Academy to this request.
    Upon approval, ICN Al-Falah Academy administration will provide bake sale setup and other instructions to the primary contact listed below. The bake sale primary contact and the team are responsible for showing up 1 hour before the sale and ensure the requested setup has taken place. They are also responsible for any cleanup after the bake sale.

    Bake sales are allowed once a school year, per group, to ensure we are being equitable to all groups that make a request.

    The form must be filled out at least 10 days before the planned bake sale date to allow for the review, approval and communication.

    NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED THIS YEAR

    Please note, our staff leaves Fischer at 1:45pm and supervision of your group will not be available after that time.
