سياسة الخصوصية و الإسترجاع لمنصة إنتاجي

1. الطعام والمشروبات

• لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات الغذائية بعد استلامها حفاظاً على السلامة الصحية.
• مبلغ التوصيل غير قابل للاسترداد في جميع الحالات.

2. المنتجات الأخرى (مثل العطور، الورود، الهدايا، الإكسسوارات…)

• لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات إلا في حال تعرضها للتلف قبل وصولها للعميل.
• يجب على العميل إبلاغ المنصة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع تزويدنا بالأدلة للمنتج.

• يتم استبدال المنتجات بمنتجات أخرى في حال وجود اختلاف في الطلب المتفق عليه بين العميل و التاجر/ة.

📌 ملاحظات عامة:
• لا يتم استرداد مبلغ التوصيل في جميع الحالات.
• على العميل التأكد من الطلب قبل تأكيد الشراء.
• تحتفظ منصة إنتاجي بحق تعديل سياسة الخصوصية و الإرجاع بما يتوافق مع القوانين المحلية

Privacy and Return Policy – ENTAGY Platform

1. Food and Beverages

Food and beverage products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt, in order to maintain health and safety standards.
Delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases.
2. Other Products (such as perfumes, flowers, gifts, accessories, etc.)

Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged before reaching the customer.
The customer must notify the platform within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide evidence of the product’s condition.
Products will be replaced with other items if there is a discrepancy between the agreed order and what was delivered by the seller.
📌 General Notes:

Delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before confirming the purchase.
Intajy Platform reserves the right to amend the privacy and return policy in accordance with local laws.
