BubzRides will obtain a criminal background check and a motor vehicle record (MVR) check to evaluate your eligibility to be listed as a driver in our directory. These checks may include information about past convictions, pending charges, driving history, license status, and traffic violations.

Authorization
By checking the box and signing below, I authorize BubzRides and its designated agents to obtain a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check about me. I understand this information will be used solely for the purpose of determining my eligibility to participate as an Independent Contractor Driver with BubzRides.

I also understand that BubzRides may periodically re-check my records to confirm continued eligibility.
I consent to the criminal background check and driving record (MVR) check as described above.*

Independent Contractor Agreement & Confidentiality (NDA)
BubzRides (“Company”) and the undersigned Independent Contractor Driver (“Contractor”) agree as follows:

1. Independent Contractor Relationship
- Contractor is not an employee of BubzRides.
- Contractor provides transportation services directly to families who connect through the BubzRides directory.
- Contractor is solely responsible for taxes, insurance, and expenses.
2. Driver Requirements
- Contractor must maintain a valid driver’s license, safe vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Contractor must comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws.
- Contractor agrees to complete and pass background and driving record checks.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
- Contractor will have access to confidential information, including family contact details, child schedules, and company materials (the “Confidential Information”).
- Contractor agrees not to disclose, share, or use Confidential Information outside the scope of providing services through BubzRides.
- Confidential Information must remain private both during and after the term of this Agreement.
4. Conduct & Safety
- Contractor agrees to follow BubzRides safety policies, including ID verification and secure child pick-up and drop-off procedures.
- Contractor agrees to maintain professionalism in all communications with families.
5. Termination

BubzRides may remove Contractor from the directory at any time for violation of policies, safety concerns, or failure to maintain requirements.

6. Non-Solicitation & Non-Compete

During the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year after termination, Contractor agrees not to directly or indirectly:
- Solicit or contract with any BubzRides families outside of the BubzRides platform/directory.
- Provide child transportation services arranged independently, without going through BubzRides membership.
- Work for or establish a competing business offering child transportation services substantially similar to BubzRides within the Company’s operating area.
7. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure
- Contractor will not disclose, reproduce, or use any proprietary materials, business processes, frameworks, or systems belonging to BubzRides.
- All such materials remain the sole property of BubzRides, even after termination of this Agreement.
