Important Guidelines – Please Read Before You Begin
Nomination Process
- You may nominate yourself or another individual/organization.
- Each nominee can select up to 3 award categories across our five main pillars.
- You must complete all required sections and provide supporting information/documents.
- inaccurate submissions may lead to disqualification.
Nomination Fee
- USD 89 (for international applicants) or INR 7,500 (for India-based applicants).
- If you are not shortlisted, you will receive a voucher worth the same amount, redeemable for any future MysticVerse Global conferences, workshops, or webinars.
Selection & Evaluation
- All nominations will be reviewed by the MysticVerse Global Jury.
- Evaluation is based on innovation, positive impact, community contribution, and alignment with MysticVerse’s ethos.
- Jury decisions are final and binding.
Physical Participation Requirement
- All selected awardees must attend in person at MysticVerse Global 2026 (Dubai, February 6–7, 2026) to receive recognition on stage.
- Once results are announced, awardees must confirm their Physical Participation Pass (USD 1100) within 7 days so operational and marketing preparations can begin.
- A representative may attend on your behalf if you cannot be present.
Use of Information
- By submitting a nomination, you grant MysticVerse Global permission to use provided details, images, and materials for award-related promotions and publications.
Event Policy
- MysticVerse Global, organised by MantraNex Vista , reserves the right to modify event details, timelines, or categories when necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated in advance.
