  • Thank you for your interest in participating in Pink Friday At Midway Party Barn. All vendors are required to complete this application and receive approval before securing a spot in the event. This process ensures a great variety of quality products and an enjoyable experience for our attendees.

    Please expect a response within 7 business days after submitting your application. If accepted, you’ll receive an invoice, which must be paid within 5 business days to reserve your spot.

    ABOUT THE EVENT:
    This is an indoor shopping event curated for shoppers who love discovering unique, high-quality products from local and small businesses. Our goal is to create a welcoming and festive atmosphere where attendees can connect directly with makers, artisans, and small shop owners while enjoying a fun evening of shopping and community.


    Indoor Booth Spaces:
    10x10 booth space | $60
    *If accepted, you’ll receive an invoice, which must be paid within 5 business days to reserve your spot.*

    LOCATION: 
    Midway Party Barn
    4952 HWY 79
    Brandenburg, KY

    EVENT HOURS: 5pm-8pm EST.
    Vendors should be set up by 5pm and are required to be open until the end of the event at 8pm. Vendors may arrive to set up at 3:30pm EST. Set up must be complete by 4:50pm EST. Late set up is not permitted. Early break down is not permitted.

    Booth Fees are Non-Refundable

    SALES TAX: Vendors are required by the state of Kentucky to collect 6% sales tax with each sale. Each vendor will receive a letter from the Kentucky Department of Revenue with instructions on how to remit your sales tax collected. You are not required to have a sales tax permit, but you are required by Kentucky to collect and remit sales tax. Any questions regarding sales tax should be directed to the Kentucky Department of Revenue Owensboro Office. (270) 687-7301

     

    NO-SHOWS: If you register for the event and for some reason are not able to make it, you must give us notice before the start time of the event via email at midwaypartybarn@gmail.com. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from all future events without refund.

    LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

    CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area. 

    Disrespect towards event staff or another vendor will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event in response to such behavior. 

    COMMUNICATION:
    We will communicate with you through email. Please check your email, especially the week before the event. If you have registered and do not see an email from us, please check your junk folder. If you still do not see an email, please contact us at midwaypartybarn@gmail.com
