CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: The retreat runs Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 3pm to Saturday, May 24, 2026 at 11am. The retreat will take place at Casa Om, Puerto Morelos, Q.R., Mexico. Early arrivals will be responsible for booking individual accommodations. No price discounts will be offered for early departures.

TRAVEL DETAILS:American Airlines runs frequent flights from Richmond Airport to Cancun, with a connection in Charlotte. Currently the rates are around $600 per person. Airport transfer is an additional $50 cash per person each way from Cancun to Puerto Moreles and will be coordinated by retreat hosts

WHAT’S INCLUDED* This field is required.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:The retreat will include one morning and one evening practice (including Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Qi Gong, Myofascial Release, and/or Meditation) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The retreat will include an evening practice on check-in day (Sunday) and a morning practice on check-out day (Saturday). Breakfast will be provided each morning. Four dinners are included in the price of the retreat. One excursion, including transportation to and from the Cenote Zapote and admission to the EcoPark is included in the cost of the retreat.

PAYMENT DETAILS* This field is required.
PAYMENT DETAILS: A minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your place at our yoga retreat. Payment will be processed through Venmo or personal check. You may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. When you sign up, you will receive a Venmo invoice enabling you to pay the deposit and secure your spot. The balance is due 90 days prior to your retreat’s start date. If the remaining amount is not yet paid by the 90 days prior the start date, and you no longer wish to join the retreat, we will attempt to fill your spot and refund the full amount minus the deposit, if we are able to fill your slot. u and find a solution together. If we are able to resell your spot, we will be more than happy to give you a refund of the full amount paid, minus 30% admin fee. Travel Insurance: We very much recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance will protect you if you need to cancel and you’ll be able to recover your financial investment (dependent on the insurance you purchase), avoiding, or at least, easing the disappointment of having to miss the retreat. Many credit card companies offer travel insurance as a benefit! Upon booking your retreat, we ask that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy; to ensure you are fully aware of the above. By having completed the booking and paid the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these policies. Cancellations are highly unlikely, but it’s good to be familiar with these rules.

Retreat Policies:Failure to comply with these policies could lead to expulsion without refund. PRACTICING AHIMSA: Real transformation happens when we begin to practice yoga in all aspects of our being, starting with the concept of Ahimsa (safety, and non-harming). As a participant in this retreat, you are agreeing to respect and honor the safety and boundaries of your kula (fellow yogis), the local community, as well as respecting and honoring your own safety. Substance misuse, self-harm, offensive language, or intoxication will not be tolerated. SMOKING, DRINKING, AND DRUG USE POLICY: The yoga retreat is hosted in a non-smoking, alcohol free, meat-free, and drug free facility to promote a culture of wellness and clarity. No alcohol, substances, or meat are allowed on the property. QUIET HOURS: The retreat’s primary goal is to find calm and peace within. Please respect each other’s space by making sure volume is kept down at all times, especially during sleeping hours from 10pm – 7am. WEATHER: We cannot guarantee perfect weather. There are plenty of things to do inside in our free time, or we can dance in the rain!
