BEAVERTON SCHOOLS STAKEHOLDERS: REGARDLESS OF YOUR INCOME LEVEL, EVERY RESPONSE IS COUNTED, AND EVERY RESPONSE IS ESSENTIAL.
Filling out this very brief questionnaire collects information that ensures Beaverton receives its full allocation of state and federal funding. Without this information, we could lose essential funding for education programs our students need. These grants offer supports and services to our kids that include:
- Free breakfasts and lunches for all students
- Instructional staff (reading interventionists, math tutors, academic and behavior aids, etc.)
- Technology and teaching supplies and materials
- Counselors and social workers
- School nurses
- Professional learning for staff
- Parent and community engagement supplies and activities
Why are we requesting this information? This data is used by state and federal agencies to determine the eligibility of a student or a household. The total count of eligible students is used to determine the level of funding made available to Beaverton Schools. The more forms collected, the better it is for all students in the district.
Please know that all your responses and information will be kept in the strictest confidence as outlined in policies adopted by the Beaverton Schools Board of Education.
